Live Video The cameras below can only be opened with Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. (They will not open with other browsers such as: Mozilla Firefox and Opera). Please make sure you've enabled ActiveX control by following the steps below to view the live video feed to watch your pet play all day! If you continue to experience problems, please check your security (firewall) software, which maybe blocking your access. 1. Please click on one of the Suite cameras below, that was specified by a Pet Ritz employee upon check in to visit your dog or to take a tour. The indoor play areas are: Play S (small dog) & Play L (Large Dog) Suite 1  Suite 2 Suite 3  Play S Suite 5 Suite 6 Suite 7 Play L 2. When prompted, please click the window that  appears at the top of your page, "Click to activate and use this control."  3.  Then click, "Run" 4. You should see the Live video page pop up automatically once you've enabled the ActiveX control. If you receive the "Cannot Display Page" error message, follow these steps to enable all the ActiveX controls: 1. In Internet Explorer click View, and then click Internet Options. 2. Click the Security tab, click Custom as the security level, and then click Settings. 3. Enable all ActiveX Controls and Plug-Ins. 4.
